Brittíni “Ree Belle” Gray, MTS
Founder, Lead Consultant, & Healer

Core Services offered:
Consulting, Birthwork, Advocacy, Training and Facilitation

A woman of many talents, Brittíni follows the myriad of passions her heart desires. A creator, she holds many identities as a community organizer, filmmaker, poet, birthworker, wellness curator, writer, cultural worker, ritualist and womanist. By academic training she is a sociologist and theologian, both of which inform her work, beliefs, and ethos as a healer, but it is the wealth of life experiences that have best prepared her. Some of her favorite tools to use in healing include aromatherapy, meditation, music, art and media, and the spiritual medicine and ceremonial use of herbs.

Brittíni holds a Masters in Theological Studies from Eden Theological Seminary and a BA in Sociology and a minor in Business Administration from Illinois Wesleyan University.  She believes that the journey towards liberation not only requires that we build power, but requires the best of who we are- whole, healed, and creative beings. Offering a holistic approach, Brittíni’s consulting offers clients a tailored experience. While her services include training, facilitation, curriculum development, graphic design, political education, retreats, workshops, public speaking, event planning, administrative and data support, building grassroots groups and coalitions, and campaign design & implementation (she offers both a big picture and detailed orientation to her organizing work as both a strategist and tactician), she still offers much more.

Her specialized topics of interest and focus include, but are not limited to: dismantling white supremacy and oppression, liberation, trauma, mental health, creativity and imagination, self-care, healing and wellness, spirituality, activism and organizing, culture and womanism. Because she customizes her offerings to meet the needs of clients, it’s really best to reach out to her and see what she can provide.

With over 10 years of professional grassroots organizing experience and anti-racism training, plus 20+ years of artistry, these experiences have provided Brittíni a unique perspective and design approach that she brings to the field of racial and social justice. Entering her 4th year of business, she has served over 20 clients across 5 states and worked with thousands of people.

In addition to her own consulting and healing services, she also serves as the Organizing Director of the Black Healers Collective and InPower Institute. Brittini enjoys hosting meditation gatherings, creating womanist spaces, and is also a documentary film director & producer, and an international retreat host, all while being a social entrepreneur. Brittini holds certifications and training in Facilitative Leadership for Social Change and DesignShop; is certified in Youth Mental Health First Aid; is a certified full-spectrum birth and labor doula; and has been trained in re-evaluation counseling. Her poetry has been published in various religious magazines, and is featured exclusively in the 2019 book, Activist Theology by Dr. Robyn Henderson-Espinoza. She is looking to become a published author in the next year when she releases her first collection of writings.
